Riding, riding, riding

MUD FLAT RIDE
(7/30/09)
While we were up at our cabin we decided to take a ride up to "Mud Flat". It's a place where my dad and uncles used to go hunting and riding a lot. It's really pretty this time of year and there are all sorts of wild flowers!
Josh and I were in the back of the 4-wheeler train, which is not the most ideal place to be while on dusty trails. Before we were even half way to the top I was covered in dirt and my eyes were full of mud. (Don't worry, there will be pictures below)
Josh loved the trail because there were lots of 'jumps' and bumps on it. He would hit the gas and send us flying. I am not a big fan of this type of driving and was hanging on for dear life, but because of the dust cloud we were following I had to keep my mouth shut, but that didn't stop me from screaming.
At the begining of the ride

My dad telling us all about how the hunting was at this particular spot on the trail ;)

If I was a deer, I would choose to live here!

Taking a break on the flat...

THE ONES YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR...

EW-UH!
(my poor eyes full of dirt)

We rode for several hours and had lots of fun! But let me tell you, the best part was going back to the cabin and taking a shower!!

that looks like so much fun. It's been a while since I got to ride a four wheeler. That's definitly one of my favorite things to do. I'm glad you had fun.
